Our notice-reference lookup is not active yet. Found My Funds is preparing its service and is not currently issuing verified property notices. Do not treat a claimed reference number as proof of authenticity.
Three steps to check an inquiry
- Independently open your state's official unclaimed-property database through unclaimed.org/search.
- Confirm the property and claimant information through the state—not a phone number or link from an unexpected message.
- Never provide your Social Security number, banking details, or identity documents in response to an unsolicited text or call.
