Found My Funds is an independent private unclaimed-property research and assistance service in development. This policy explains the information we collect on our website and how we use it.

Information we collect

If you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, any optional callback number, the topic of your question, and the message you voluntarily submit. Our infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser data, and anti-bot verification results for security and site operation.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to requests, maintain customer service records, secure the website, and comply with applicable law. A phone number is used for a requested callback only if you explicitly select that option. We do not treat a website inquiry as permission for unsolicited marketing texts or automated calls.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery and anti-abuse services. Zuops provides customer relationship management and inquiry processing. These providers process the information necessary to perform those functions. We do not sell inquiry information as a product.

Security and sensitive records

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government ID files, account numbers, or banking information through this contact form. Any future claim-document portal will have a separate security and retention process before being opened.

Retention and rights

We retain inquiries as reasonably necessary for support, security, and applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable using the contact form, noting that some records may have to be retained for legal purposes.
