Independent private service

Found My Funds is not a government agency or affiliated with state programs. You may search for and claim your property directly with the appropriate state program for free. We are not a law firm, and website information is not legal advice.

No recovery representation or guarantee

A match in public records may be incomplete or wrong. No claim, balance, ownership, eligibility, payment date, or recovery outcome is guaranteed. No person is represented by Found My Funds merely by using this website or submitting a question.

Future paid assistance

Any future paid recovery services will require a separate written agreement meeting applicable state requirements. No general website submission grants power of attorney or authorizes a filing. We are not currently accepting paid recovery agreements or claim documents.

Appropriate use

Do not submit third-party sensitive personal information, misrepresent your identity, abuse contact features, or interfere with the website. We may take reasonable measures to prevent spam and fraudulent submissions.
